  This is the second time we have used First Mortgage, initially to get our first mortgage and then to review our current mortgage. Both times we have clearly been shown what is best for the choices we have made and got a great deal! Great team that take the time to talk you through the process. well recommended.

  I genuinely cannot fault the advice and support we have received from first mortgage. We walked into our initial appointment with no knowledge and walked out feeling fully informed. From that point onwards our advisor (Julie) was extremely efficient and professional. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had regardless of how silly we thought they were. Julie always made us feel our questions were appropriate and not silly in the slightest. Any other staff we dealt with were also very helpful an approachable - again I have nothing bad to say. We received fast replies at all times and never had any issues when we needed any contact. I found first mortgage a brilliant service and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs advice and support.

  We have used first mortgage before and were pleased with the service and advice we got as first time buyers. We are moving again and first mortgage provided great advice on our proposed new build. There are many restrictions and conditions with new builds but Emma and Egle were experienced and offered great advice. The business development manager, Lois kept us updated regularly (which is great when you're particularly anxious about these things) and made the process so much simpler. No costs, no hassle and great service. Would highly recommend.
