- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Beware! Not only is this practice very expensive, they have dubious business practices. I took my dog in to have a lump removed. I knew they were on the expensive side, but the parking was easy and fitted with my needs. They gave me an estimate for the procedure. Ok. They gave me a bill when I collected my dog after the procedure, which I paid in full there and then. But four months later they're chasing me for additional money (for additional pain relief during the procedure they say) that they say they forgot to add to the final bill. I've got no proof whether they administered this or not. Feels like they're compiling end of year finances and fleecing customers to meet targets.by James HailstonesJanuary 20, 2017
