  The practice was good years before but in the last week I phoned them twice and I had booked a telephone consultation. Twice no one called me back. Absolute ignorance of the patient. 10/09/17 After a few of days waiting for an appointment I had a chance to see my GP and a day after a nurse. In my opinion doctors always were good. Nothing to complain. The only receptionists should be improved. 10.11.2017 it seems to be improved. Phoned them twice no problems at all. Change my stars to 4.

  Not helpful what so ever had this doctor who was asking me question's like I was being interigated very abrupt and rude with me I wanted out of that room last week I went to see about the flue iv had for weeks I'm prone to chest infections during winter time as I have a heart condition i was in alot of pain due to so much pressure being on chest due to severe couching I coughed up blood was sick I was struggling to breath and sleep at night I stated all this to the doctor she checked my temperature and ears and mouth and turned and said to go home and let it go away on its on witch is a joke cause I'm still the same as I left the doctor's today now my lung has shooting pains now they honestly wouldn't care if you was dying it's a joke! Needs to be shut down or needs to be new doctors cause I know I'm going through alot more than just a bug seriously thinking about changing practices iv had enough now

  Outstanding service, human, caring, warm as friendly. I have felt in very safe and caring hands every time I had to go there. They are understanding and do everything possible to help.
