- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Can't believe how rude the lady on the phone was!! I called to ask a question and was abruptly told that I'd have to call tomorrow. I said I was unavailable tomorrow but would get back to them at the end of the week. To which the lady rudely said you'll get lunch break and a coffee break call us then. Well actually I don't always get a lunch break due to the nature of my work. I only called as I was told that I'd get a call back and never did! It's not my fault that your team is disorganised so please don't take it out on your clients and snap at us! I'd get sacked if I did that to a client!
