- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unbelievably fantastic service from all in store. Broke my glasses the other day (from a different optician) so went to Vision Express for a new pair. I was greeted by the store manager, Adam, and was assisted straight away. I was then met by Veronica who was straight into advising which frames would suit me best and was checking to see how soon I could have my glasses. Hannah then came over and gave assistance promptly and both were honest with their opinions and gave me plenty options to chose from. Finally, David, the optometrist, came over and asked if he could be of any assistance. He, along with Veronica, Hannah and Adam, helped me to chose the right frame. I was then pleasantly surprised to find out that my glasses would ready within 10 minutes - ideal! Was expecting to collect them next week.
